What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am Pacific time.
What is the payment schedule?
Once your reservation form is received and processed you will be emailed 3 invoices. When reservations are made such that multiple invoices are due at the same time they will be combined.
Invoice #1 is the reservation deposit. The equivalent of one night’s rent. Must be paid within 7 days or the reservation will be released.
Invoice #2 is the first 50% of the rental. Due 60 days prior to arrival. We allow a 7 day grace period and if payment is not received the reservation is released and the deposit is forfeited.
Invoice #3 is the final 50% of the rental. Due 14 days prior to arrival. We allow a 7 day grace period and if payment is not received the reservation is released and the deposit and first 50% payment is forfeited.
What is your damage policy?
Any damage will be charged to the guest at replacement cost. A damage deposit is due at the time of reservation to hold the booking. Damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided no damages are found.
Do I have to clean up after myself?
Renters are responsible to ensure all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the large trashcans outside. Soiled dishes and utensils are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. A cleaning service is provided before check-in only. With the exception of linens and towels guests are required to clean the property and leave it in a condition similar to how they found it when they arrived. Any extra cleaning time beyond normal allowed amounts will be deducted from the damage deposit refund.
How many people can sleep in the House?
The house can fit up to 8 in beds comfortably. Additional occupants are at your discretion and declared at time of booking.
How many people can sleep in the Cabin?
The cabin sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Additional occupants are at your discretion and declared at time of booking.
Can I host a party or event?
Parties or events are only allowed with prior approval.
What supplies come provided?
The properties are equipped with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent. We cannot guarantee that extras will always be available so guests may need to supply and replenish as required. For guests that have brand preferences we suggest bringing your own supplies.
Is firewood provided?
Stockpiles of wood are replenished seasonally, we cannot guarantee wood will always be available. Guests may need to supply and replenish as required. Axe or saw will not be provided for insurance reasons.
Can I bring my boat?
The property has a private beach with a dock and buoy for anchoring your boat. Adjacent to the property is a public boat launch.
Is there parking?
Each property has room for up to 2 vehicles and a boat trailer. Prior permission required for additional vehicles.
Can we bring an RV?
No, due to limited parking spaces of 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer per unit we do not allow RV’s to be parked or “camped” in on the property.
Can I bring my pet?
Prior approval is required for all pets and includes an additional fee. Sanctioned pets must be kept on leash outdoors, and prompt clean-up of excrement is required. Please ensure that your pet does not bother other guests or neighbors.
What is your refund policy?
Cancelation will forfeit the initial reservation deposit amount. The first 50% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded on a pro-rated basis proportionally to the amount of notice provided.
How long can I book a property for?
The minimum stay is 7 days and the maximum is 14.
Do I need to bring my own pillows/blankets/sheets?
The properties are equipped with pillows, liners, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels, and wash cloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to launder and change linens upon your departure is included in the rental rate.
